a. Infra360 will make reasonable efforts to mitigate risks associated with data migration, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
7. Termination of Services
a. Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
b. Upon termination, you agree to cease using Infra360 services, and any outstanding fees become due.
